Stewart Construction

Established in Lower Salthill by James Stewart in 1902, the firm quickly grew into a general building business with in-house capabilities such as Joinery Works, Mechanical Engineering Works and an Architectural Stonework Division.

Stewart Construction is still owned and managed by the Stewart family. This fourth generation multi award winning construction company is proud to be building in Ireland for over 115 years and still operates its head office from the same Salthill location.

The company has completed many notable projects through the years across the country, including Blackrock Diving Tower in 1954.

Stewart Construction is delighted to come on board as key sponsor for the COPE Galway Christmas Swim 2021 and want to thank all participants for taking part in this very wonderful event to raise funds to help support people who are Homeless, suffer Domestic Abuse and for Older People Services throughout the year.

Thank you also to the many other businesses and sponsors that help make this event a success
